I plan on reading chapters that relate to neurologic assessment, medications, and complications, meet with the trauma coordinator to help and explain how to set-up and manage equipment related to head injuries. How I know I meet my goal, by educating other nurses. by end of spring term. I will have met with the trauma educator to set up a plan for my educational needs and finish by spring 3/30/18, then work on my plan through the end of spring 2018
