SD v's SME?
Better to focus efforts on transformation from BA - SD - Clear path
Resulting in strong core capability that can be applied to multiple domains
SME focus would result in:
Generalist BA + Novice SME
Won't be able to compete with cleverer people with 20 + years domain experience
Though will need to be able to quickly grasp high level understanding of domain/situation/problem area
