Medical Ethics
should religious believers always follow their teachings even if they don't agree
Against
The non litralests think they should believe some of what the bible teaches them but not all of what it says.
My Opinion
I think if you don't think your beliefs are right you should say something about it.
For
A religious believer might agree with this because some Christians don't take the words of the Bible as seriously as others and the ones that do think they should believe anything the Bible teaches them .
Should everyone be able to make their own choices?
For
A religious believer would say people should be able to make their own choice because Jesus died on the cross so we could be free
Against
Some people might not have the same amount of life experience. for example, a 16-year-old wouldn't have the same amount of life experience as a 40-year-old.
My Opinion
I think anyone should be able to make any choice they want for example some people might smoke but some others might not, that is their choice
Can religion help people decide what to do in life and death
For
Religion has lots of ideas of what happens after death, for example, the most popular theory is that you go to heaven to be with god
Against
Religion has plans for the bad people of this earth such as going to hell to be with the devil.
My Opinion
In my opinion, i think there are a heaven and hell and you should try and live life the right way eg breaking no laws and trying to help people as much as you can.
Is it right to take organs from a human when they die
For
It will help others live on after your death.
Against
if the dead person doesn't want it, it should be a conscious choice
My Opinion
I think if the says it's OK to take their organ then that's fine but if the person doesn't give the doctor permission then I don't think that's right.
