I create agendas that are 7x as long as they need to be
I over prepare and over deliver
Lots of content in short period of time
I don't tell my boss how little I think of him
I procrastinate and lost and distracted easily from my stated goal
I put up with a lack of performance accountability

we say we want to scale our 360 process to whole org, but doing a subjective process that's not scaleable
Not connecting culture work, executives not following through
doing vertical development with dr. students but have done little to understand it ourselves
Create elaborate plans well beyond the scale of what my business requires
hire people to create a website and don't except that there work is as good as what I can do
buy many different digital org. tools as a substitute for getting organised
On paper I'm a product of savvy financial planning to save taxes, but in actuality there's a lot of redundancy that's costing us a lot

People see me as an unwieldy geography and bureaucracy

Although each person in this system is feeling pain, the attachment among members is strong enough to keep this system together

The way I'm designed drives behaviours that aren't having the intended results
They've been changing me so much over the last couple of years, I'm ready for them to just ride me the way I am for a while

I'm fragmented with all these different initiatives that don't see their relationship to one another

the stated values and enacted values are out of alignment
the culture of the patriarchy overwhelms the window dressing of diversity
We talk about well-being, balance and development, but CEO demonstrates the opposite
What we're promising and what we're delivery isn't matching up
I'm frustrated that I can't enrol the organisation in what I most care about and what the CEO says he cares about
We say we care about capability building and development, but all we do is put out fires
I don't have enough energy coming in to produce the outputs of the system
fuel is reducing but needs are the same
