belt sander- shaping / removing large amounts of material- interchangeable grit belts.
3D printer- long time. only in plastic rough surface
pillar drill- any angle(mainly vertical) drill holes
Band saw- rough cuts, re- sawing basic shaping
laser cutter- thin wood/ acrylic
scroll saw - blade can be put into holes to cut out gaps inner shapes more accurate cuts
hand tools
coping saw- cutting corners, blade can be removed and put into gaps can cut wood / acrylic
tenon saw- cutting straight lines only cut wood
junior hacksaw- cutting mainly straight lines can cut metal and acrylic
files- different roughness for removal different sizes - mainly for shaping leaves sanding ready
sand paper/glass paper/wet and dry- lots of grits for shaping to final finishing. different types for different materials
set square- 90 degree angles and straight liners
