Steps to setting goals
- Feed your mind with the good, clean, pure, powerful & positive. Takes 11 correct inputs to overcome a single bad one.
- Identify your goals
- Look for the good in every situation and person.
Set a deadline for reaching them. List the obstacles and identify people that can help. List the skills you have and the skills you need to reach your goals.
- We will greet people properly.
Make daily to-do list. Work everyday towards your long term objectives.
- Goals must be specific, define them for what they really are.
- Exercise. Take care of our physical body.
- Take time to be quiet! 4-5 times per week. 20-30 minutes. Take walks.
- Take time for those you love. The better you get along with the people you love, the more successful you will become.
