My developing idea is about slippers which has light in front of them, this way the people who use it; doesn’t need to turn on the light and save money while save light. This will be very useful because these slippers just need a little battery and in the night the light is good.
Justification (2)
This is a good idea because the customers will want to save their money and it is a good way to do that. Also they will be more comfortable with these soft slippers. It is for implement the sustainable in each people to help the world, through the use less energy and save money and some natural resources.

My customer segment is Mass Market because this idea doesn’t have specific segmentation for a company; this mean that all people want to buy these products and it is has general characteristics for all people.
The marketing Strategic is accessible because all people can to buy it in one of other places that have in Aguascalientes city.

Channel will be the people can buy these slippers first of all in the main local that the company has but I hope that soon can open another place for the person who wants to get this slipper can buy in another place extern of the company.
Personal Relationship
Customer Relation first of all the main relationship between the company and slipper will be Personal assistance because the people need to go to the company to do their purchase order or in another case to buy they own slippers, maybe in the future we can apply the Self-service because I want to have the social networks or fan page for the people can buy the products there.
Value Preposition
Light slippers improve the performance to the traditional slipper with the implementation of the light, their design for each customer or if the customer has some idea in this company can apply that for get more loyalty customers, we do anything that we can possible for reduce the price in this product and put the better accessibility for all of their customers.
The value preposition for the slippers is the light, it I create because the customers need to save the light and is better for the customers can use this slippers and the main different for my competitors is that they just product a simple slippers and the people need to have this extra value.

The slipper company use the Selective segment, because my socio level is between c, c+, a/b and some specific ages.
Also the product specialization because I take a traditional product and only I put another thing, in this case the light and this can help the customer for save the energy.
