Annual Performance Bonus
All this is at an assumption of base fixed salary of 3 lakhs per person. Any fixed salary above 3 Lakhs means that target is increased by 20X of the difference. 50% of the extra RDV has to come from x-sell
Minimum RDV Expected - 1.5 Cr ( so a person earning 4 Lakhs fixed needs to do 1 lakh * 20 (multiplier) = 1. 7 Cr. Here extra RDV for x-sell is Rs 10 Lakhs

From 1.5 to 2 Cr RDV achievement you get 2 month fixed salary component as bonus ( this is for 3 lakh fixed salary employee..for higher fixed the 20X rule applies)
Anyone crosses 2 Cr RDV will be eligible for 1 Lakh bonus ( this is for 3 lakh fixed salary employee..for higher fixed the 20X rule applies)
Anyone crosses 2.5 Cr RDV will be eligible for 1.25 Lakh bonus ( this is for 3 lakh fixed salary employee..for higher fixed the 20X rule applies)
Eligibility criteria - This is base minimum which needs to be done to be considered for any bonus of any kind for any BDM irrespective of salary/RDV done etc

BDM / AM are not allowed to quote via proposal lower than listed price sheet. Any discount beyond pricing sheet has to be given by AM → VP after meeting client in person
