EB Business Process Enabled by SFDC
CURRENT STATE
Sales teams track activity in SFDC
Goals set to achieve #appointments/month shown in dashboards/reports
Request for Proposal received in Regional Group Sales office (RGO) and saved to K drive
RGO adds customer prospect and/or opportunity to SF
Auto generated email is sent to home office/ centralized rating unit (CRU) via SF
CRU mailbox receives email and the Opp is assigned to CRU/Underwriting (UW) team member
Once all info needed to quote is received by CRU/UW, SF is updated to show information received, and the case is rated in RAPS
Rate Comparison Spreadsheet (RC) and other documentation is saved to the K drive
Opp is released to RGO via outlook and status is manually changed to sent to RGO by CRU/UW
Integrating Outlook and SF will track and validate this activity and trigger the status change
RGO may appeal or request a requote from the CRU/UW. If so, UW will process in RAPS, note requrote/appeal in SF, save documentation to K drive and re-release to RGO
OPPTY: A requote could be requested via SF and trigger activities to occur. This would show the pizza tracker and all activities and their completion and would create version control around the quotes.
RGO finalizes the proposal in RAPS

Risk rater similar to RS would be helpful here
Adding all groups to SF will create collaboration and transparency, eliminating the need for stored documents on the K drive and secondary systems being used for proposal info collection
If additional information is needed, it is requested by the CRU/UW and the status is changed in SF to "information Requested"
RGO requests information from Producer
OPPTY: Home Office uses for managing the pipeline, but agents are not aware of capabilities or system is not set up for ease of use for insight/managing their business and activity
Monthly Broker communications are sent via SFMC, engagement is shared on producer record
No lead management processes in place
Various communications are sent via SFMC
