according to what I've seen up to now, YES! (communication)
management's goals and strategies are in sync with our teams, and it's great to be aligned.
Management OKRs are visible and possible to be seen by others, as well as there are other occasions where we can learn of what is happening
was about time for a change in vision, now it is official- put the customer first. (in theory) - in reality we still put him second behind the well being of the company.
The goals are accurate, realistic and look like they are working.
I am pretty much a 100% convinced of the goal or I am sure that they know the market better than I do.

I think it's easier for our team to believe in their goals and strategies since we are closer to them than others. (management)

I strongly believe that the goals are reachable, and seen the management really keen to reach it, increase mine motivation as well.

communication is clear and direct (for the first time since i started) which is great. clarity is important.

The communication around both the sale of hungryhouse and acquisition of FoodPanda was handled very well and gives good insight into strategy and vision
Niklas seems to be communicating more which is only a positive in my eyes (eg. Berlin attacks, NY email). Occasional short impromptu comms can help to give insight into the vision of the company he wants to build and give us direction.
Mein Team hat einen engen Austausch mit dem Management. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, wie andere Teams das sehen.
It is way better than it was a year ago. I am not giving a 10 because in some places there is room for improvement.
CMO leads all hands on marketing meetings on regular basis. Top management is rather out of the reach but I understand it all works in the cascade flow.

In general YES, but would wish Central should much more act as real Holding instead being a mix of Holding and Center of Expertise or Shared Service Center. Based on country feedbacks, it's also hard to understand for them what is Centrals role exactly - it's definitely a DH individual way and no approach on common organisational theory.
