whilst you are asked to discuss the theme in how it impacts teachers in that school , this has to include how it impacts them in terms of their teaching so the focus will include children as well.
The focus is on Collaborative learning - its challenges and benefits but I could see how you might refer to other things such as motivation or constructivism (for example) in order to contextualise collaboration as you are reflecting on it
