Comfort, cleanness: the store would be white with green, different form the places where the coffins are sold. The two sellers would have a white shirt with the logo of the company. There would be one couch, and two chairs in front of each desk. There would be posters of the urns, o threes and of people burring the urns. The store would be clean.
Coordination continuity: there is coordination in the production process. There is going to be an order to prepare the urns, and the necessary steps to do it. There is going to be an inventory of the quantity of urns ordered and sold.
