Individual Education Plans (IEP)
Many different types of plans including - curriculum adjustment plan, behaviour management plans, attendance plans, transition plans etc...
Curriculum Adjustment Plan (CAP) - shows that the students skills and needs have been taken into account when planning lessons
What it is? Plan for individuals that assists them to fully achieve the curriculum or specified goals in a supported setting.
IEP used for a defined period of time - it is flexible and should be reviewed/updated regularly
Data should be collected constantly on how the program is working and how the student is going (must adhere to the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data)
