The street fight in the beginning of the tragedy when the prince tells the Capulets and Montagues that the next time this happens, the result is death.
The conflict between the two families
When Benvolio and Tybalt were killed, the prince told Romeo that he was to be banished from Verona. This would keep Romeo and Juliet from being able to be together.
When Romeo goes to the Capulet feast and Lord Capulet lets Romeo stay, even when Paris tells him that he is a Montague.
Juliet is set to marry Paris
The nurse tells Juliet that she should just go ahead and marry Paris
Fate/Chance
At the ball, Romeo takes the chance in dancing with Juliet.
They were willing to change their identity to be with eachother.
When Balthasar goes to the funeral of Juliet, he finds out Juliet dies and goes to Romeo to tell him. Romeo leaves without reading the letter that was supposed to be delivered to him.
In the street fight in the beginning of the tragedy, the prince tells the 2 families that if they fight again then someone will be killed. This was foreshadowing the fate of Romeo and Juliet.
The prologue states their love is "death-marked"
When Benvolio and Romeo were in the street and peter comes to them with the list of names, Romeo sees Juliet's name and decides to go the feast.
When Romeo goes into the Capulet home he says there is an unknown danger "hanging in the stars"
Juliet tells Romeo of her vision of him dead at the bottom of a tomb.
The friar doesn't make it to the tomb in time for Juliet not kill her self. He shows up moments after, when he could've stopped Romeo or Juliet from killing themselves.

When Romeo gets banished from Verona, they believe the only way to be together is to run away together.
When confronted with the news of Juliet's death his only solution is to kill himself and vice-versa
Romeo is young and loves with his eyes. He falls in love with Juliet for her beauty. This leads to unexplainable love for Juliet.
Juliet is too young to realize true love when she encounters it and selves Romeo for his looks. She is quick to devote herself to him.
They don't take enough time to think about things and they rush their decisions. This results in their death.
