Moshe asked why God did bad to him by placing the burden of the nation on him. He also asked: "Did I give birth to the whole nation? Where's my meat to give to the nation? They're too heavy for me. If you're going to do this to me, please kill me."

God gave the children of Israel meat for a month

Moshe said: "I have 600,000 men, you should shecht sheep and cattle for them and gather them fish."

God said: "Is my hand too short, now you will see, will what I say happen or not?"

Moshe said: "Are you being jealous for me: I would be happy if all of Israel had Nevuah.

According to Rashi, they were saying that Moshe will die and Yehoshua will take them into Israel, that's why Yehoshua wanted to throw them into prison.
