Needing a friend. Story by Dawn McMillan Illustrations by Meredith Thomas

- - - - A little bit, I mostly liked the pictures.
    - - Yes, I liked the story line and how they introduced 'Asperger Syndrome' in a understandable way for younger audiences.
  - - - What I disliked?
        
        I disliked how the dog got hurt
      - What I liked?
        
        I liked how all of the characters where friendly.

  - - - How much a friend can have a impact in your life.
  - - - My friendship with other students because they all have a great impact in my life that took me to where I am. WHY? Because the story is centered around the word 'friend'.
- - - - It didn't feel like the story was coming to real life but it painted a better picture in my mind then the illustrations
    - - The story line is a realistic topic but it also isn't as descriptive as I wished for example they could've described the setting better and organised it in a way that made it a lot more interesting
  - - - Entertaining - I think it's entertaining because it has sentences that can not be really related in real life. #
    - - Useful - You can understand it very well and the story line seems to lead to being useful.
  - - - I understood most of it besides for this sentence 'For Tony everything seemed to move in slow-motion'
    - - I thought that everything seemed to make understanding to me
  - - - I like the characteristics that the characters had
    - - I liked it because of the dramatic story line and I agree that the characteristics are nice but it doesn't show much detail of Jamie besides him having 'Asperger Syndrome'. #
