- Vladi, Ivo and Lubo to attend Microsoft Partner development Workshop on 7.06 with Radoslav Bratanov and Petko (new cloud sales)
- Current architecture review and adjustment assessment to explore 2016 upgrade which is also cost aligned. Infrastructure architects and Vladi and Ivo. 3 weeks lead time for Ivo and Vladi . 1 month for Infrastructure architects
- Create architectures for private cloud scenarious, based on Pricing expectation. Vladi and Ivo to provide pricing expectations for and defined 3 packages. Slavi to accept and adjust architecture, based on requirements. Pricing expectations 2 week. Architecture adjustment 3 weeks
- Expedite Marketing readiness with GBS and Bulpros Marketing and Sales. Lubo ASAP
- Billing bugs fixing ASAP. Ruslan, Ivo 2 weeks. Mgmt team to login and look for additional issues. 1 week
- Nasko and Bobi to focus on ongoing support. Next couple of weeks.
- Immediate alignment between Prod and Prepared to start by implementation team.
- Lubo to discuss immediately the next product go with Ivaylo S. and to come back to the team with a "go" statement to start detailed planning and work distributions on next product.
- IDP to be implemented. Vladi to control cost (no additional hw investment is available). Ivo to align on design with Slavi. If issues with design or cost arise - To be escalated to Ico and Lubo. Baseline for Management environment load to be provided by Iliyan.
- Start planning and implementation on Next product. As soon as possible
- Generate customer revenue. Sales to drive with the support of Cloud Management team. Establish forecast meetings. Opportunity review meetings, CRM pipeline with clear ownership. Support the Sales organization with training calls and all additional requested on their side.
- Internally announce the Go-Live. Lubo , ASAP
- Get the official CMSP certification.
