I feel inadequate as a teacher and it motivates me to be more open-minded toward a wider range of strategies in teaching grammar

After writing the post, I realised the problem of grammar teaching in my class may be solved if I make a thorough observation and attempt a better communication with my students to understand their learning problem and then working with them to improve the teaching learning process.
My first blog partner admits that she has the same experience and suggested me to implement TBLT in my class.
