Assessment data:
My assessment was over governmental services and how they are paid for. I asked the students to give me 3 governmental services and why they are important, and to explain how they are paid for.
The 3 students I chose were my 3 lowest performing students: Student 1: 25% Student 2: 25% Student 3: 25%
My RTI plan was that I was going to model to the students how the government pays for these services (through giving the students a check, and showing them how taxes work) then by also giving them sentence stems since all three students were ESL students.

Closing questions: 1. "If you could give this story a new title what would it be and why?" 2. "Create an alternative ending for the story."
Formative Assessment:
Definition: A method teachers use in evaluations of students comprehension, learning needs, and academic progress during a lesson.
