What's in it for the customer?
Piece of mind at their home (yearly people get killed or injured because of fire, smoke or CO-poisoning)
fires are more dangerous than 10-20 years ago because of different furniture and building materials that are being used - can we show/proof that with a movie?)
The customer (the Star) organizes a Smart Home Angels session and invites some relatives or people they care about, since he/she wants these friends to be safe as well.
We do the simple installation at the house of the Star and show how the product works, we configure it at the spot
We show the base package that the customer ordered and depending on the house also show other smart devices that can be useful and that we can show as well
Can we foresee a test period, in which the customer can return the products and gets refunded?
Because we explain, install and configure we are the integrator!
