how it began
the leader/founder of Buddhisim
He was born in 563-483 BCE
his father wanted him to be a ruler so his father cut him off of all suffering and the outside world
because of this he broke out of the palace
when he broke out he met a sick man, an old man, and a dead man
the second time he went out he met a religious man
because of this he decided to become religious so he ran away leaving all of his stuff
though after becoming religious he still found suffered so he knew that it is not the way.
So he meditated under a tree until he became enlightened, this was when he thought of the beliefs of Buddhism
how came to china and it's impact
Buddhism came to china along the silk road
the collapse of the Hong dynasty bolstered the number of Buddhists in china.

8.Right meditation. Meditate correctly each day to clear your mind of desires and be able to find peace and truth
The Four Noble Truths. The Buddha discovered The Four Noble Truths meditating under a tree
1.Life is full of suffering from birth to death.
2.People suffer because they desire (try to get) things that do not last, for example, money and possessions.
3.The way to end suffering is to stop desiring things.
4.The way to get rid of desire is to follow the “Eight fold Path.”
Buddhism didn't have any specific gods instead there could be as many gods as you want

"Happiness is a journey, not a destination."
"He is able who thinks he is able.
"There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not going all the way, and not starting."
"Every human being is the author of his own health or disease."
