Student 2- El_was very shy and wouldn't ask questions.This led for her to miss questions and cause her grades to drop.
Within time, she felt confident and asked questions more often.

Student 3- Je___, did not understood the concept of “more than” or “less than”.
She struggled to learned and remembered basic math facts, such as 78= 56.

Gathering data on individual students allow me to see how well the students performed. I was able to see if they understood the content, if they interacted with others, and if they show sign of struggling with a learning activity. I was able to see how much growth they are performing. The data from my observations allow me to see the necessary adjustments and pacing for my data students. It narrow it down and scaffold the students struggles and needs.
