Elements and principles of design
Elements of design most commonly used are:
space
The building must make good use of space in its architecture, landscape, and interior designs

All angles and lines must be parralel, straight, and graphically correct

The shape of the designs will remain rectangular, as they are in the existing cunningham

All designs must use modern and stylish textures like wood, tiles and steel

the designs must show contrast between features, and between other similar designs. Colors must be contrasting as well as textures

All designs and features must be placed in the right areas

The designs including interior designs must be equal and unified

All features must align with each other
Balance
All designs must be balanced and must match other buildings in the school
Proportion
All features and designs must be correctly sized, not too big and not too small
