Types of Euthanasia
passive
letting a person die without medical intervention e.g. if an elderly person is having a serious operation they could say they want DNR (do not resuscitate) if it goes wrong

non-voluntary
ending the life of someone who is incapable of requesting death e.g.those in comas, someone who is severely disabled

holistic care=caring for the patient as a whole-not just their physical needs, but their spiritual, emotional & social needs too
