The supply end seal
The supply end seal consists of the supply air channel, a diverter plate and the return air channel. The preheated fresh air is supplied through the fresh air channel.
The secondary supply air hits a diverter plate which splits the air into two volume streams:
One stream is directed to the return channel where it is captured.
(The preheated fresh air is captured in the return channel as well.)
The second stream is directed to the process chamber
Together with the primary supply air, a uniform airflow is provided to the process chamber.
