These links are connected because after planning and employing effective research strategies students have information that they must manage. This information must be managed, interpreted or evaluated in a useful manner while still remaining ethical! This concept broadly relates to digital citizenship so though it's simple it is very applicable
Part of the educational experience is collaboration. School is a very social and interactive environment. Students work together in a variety of ways. Sometimes students work collaboratively for projects or assignments. Students must develop the ability and understanding of how to use digital tools (like a shared folder) and allow them to become accessible for others.
Being part of this new digital age enables us to connect and become more globally aware. Technology is a wonderful tool to develop understandings on a global but also cultural perspective. This provides with further understanding of the world. Why things are the way they are and understanding what makes people different globally and culturally.
Setting goals within technology is important. Devising a set of goals on what you as a digital citizen or individual want to achieve by using technology determines the purpose of technology for yourself. In this digital time, goals within technology are associated with collaboration. Collaborations as a result can lead to improvement and success.
