little consultation - Lets take a step back and reflect on the act of consultation - its a good step to have been taken, from what i can understand it's rare for our PA to consult - what about other spaces? what if this could trigger consultation for sleima, gzira and all the other earmarked high rise locations? Why are we planning short falls below standard?
Sliema, Gzira and mriehel are under construction and to a certain extent so is Paceville. If in this document we're saying the framework will prevail over other existing policies and guidelines which have national applicability, then what about the ones being built now, are they being built on outdated policy? What does this mean for our built environment?
