How do memes aid communication?
The use of an upclose image of a face is an often image used with memes. Often, it is an image we have already seen, but simply zoomed in on the face or eyes. Maybe this is us trying to look deeper into the eyes and get a greater understanding of what the person is feeling.

Memes are oftentimes the satirification of serious, important, or controversial subjects. Although this oftentimes can demean the argument of one side of a debate, it can also bring to light the ridiculousness of what one argument is saying.
This is a poem that uses memes in order to finish its endings. This shows how widespread and known these pieces of information are.
