Friar Lawrence, the ones who married Romeo and Juliet, was always there for them when they needed him for anything
Romeo and Juliets families have conflict in the beginning of the play. The Prince stated that if the conflicts continued, the results would end in a death. This hints that Romeo and Juliet could be the ones who die.

Getting married too quickly caused conflict because not everyone supported the decision of Romeo and Juliet getting married. Also, their families are opposed to each other, which easily lead to problems.
When Romeo and Juliet knew that they could not be a part of each others lives 24/7, they both contemplated suicide as an option
Before they decided to marry each other, they only knew each other for about 12 hours. They don't know much about each other, nor about how their families will react. They were only thinking about themselves and not what could possibly happen in the future.
Romeo and Juliet were only together for a very short amount of time before they decided to marry each other. They didn't know anything about each other, or how their families and other would react. They were being selfish and only thought about themselves and their happiness.

The Nurse was a big part of Juliet's life. At first, she supported the relationship between Romeo and Juliet, but at the end, started to hint Juliet to marry Paris and not Romeo. This caused Juliet to lose faith in the Nurse.
Friar Lawrence
Friar Lawrence agrees to marry Romeo and Juliet after Romeo asks for help. He hopes that marrying them will be able to bring their two families together.
Friar Lawrence gives Juliet the temporary poison that would put her into a deep sleep to fake her death.
Tybalt
Tybalt interfered with their marriage, and angered Romeo. Tybalt ended up getting killed by Romeo unintentionally when he got stabbed. Romeo was angered not only because Tybalt was interfering, but also because he killed Mercutio.
