Living a healthy active lifestyle can help improve the quality of life an individual can enjoy. They need to regularly exercise and eat correctly to be healthy
Some jobs involve manual labour or standing up all day such as working on a building site or postmen/women, these require basic strength, stamina and flexibility. This can be counted as exercise so is a step to a healthy lifestyle
If you do not do a physically demanding job (sitting at a desk) a good way to do daily exercise is by cycling to work, using stairs instead of escalator, getting of a stop early on a bus etc
