People who live in rural and remote areas = travel further to get specialist care. Often can't afford it and not means tested. Remote geographic location and demographic. Indigenous population with co-morbidities and there is more immediacy for care, and less financial pressure to go get care. Higher acuity and co-morbidities.

Limited staff to deliver PTSS; devolved to AO staff at regional/rural sites. Long painful process to get funding back.
