Working experience: The skills and values gained during work may come in handy for the students as they might be able to apply it during working life in the future. Eg. Able to manage their studies and work, responsibilities, punctuality. Through working, students are also able to widen their social connections which may benefit them in the future. Eg. Able to help out in setting up business in the future.
Kill time: During school holidays, students will not be occupied so in order to spend their time wisely they may choose to find job, while working they also get to learn from their colleagues.
Extra income: Students have a lot of wants but are limited by their pocket money, thus in order to satisfy their needs, students resort to working part time.
