A) LISTEN OPTIMISTICALLY

Usually when people speak there's an idea they're trying to give you listen.
It gives they brain a job when they listen for ideas because gives more focuses better and improve listening skills.
C) LISTEN A LONGER

Wise people usually listen a longer what they want to do and this goes with this idea because they want to make sure they hear everything so they can make good decision.

D) OPEN MIND (EMOTION)
