        Hx: Patient falls to the ground
        Symptom: Urination, Vomitting, Post-Ictus - flaccid, unconscious, deep rapid breathing, myalgia upon waking, fatigue
        Sign: Tonic - patient becomes rigid, Trunk and Extremeties Extended. Clonic - coarse trembling evolving to symmetric jerking of the trunk and extremeties. Apnea, Cyanosis. Post Ictus - confusion, gradual return of consciousness
      - Petit Mal (Absence Seizure)
        Hx: Very brief, few seconds, Ceases abruptly, School Age Kids (Partial Seizure in Adult
        Symptoms: Alterred Consciousness, No Post-Ictal Symptom
        Sign: No change in postural tone, Confusion, Detachment, Activity Ceases, Eyelid Twitch, No Response to Voice or Other Stimulation, Involuntary Movements, Lose Continence
    - - Complex Partial Seizure
        Symptoms: Consciousness is lost, Alterred Mental Status, Temporal Lobe Seizures, automatisms - lip smacking, fiddling with clothing or buttons, or repeating short phrases, visceral symptoms - sensation of “butterflies” rising up from the epigastrium, hallucinations - olfactory, gustatory, visual, or auditory, memory disturbances, distorted perception, and affective disorders - ensations of fear, paranoia, depression, elation, or ecstasy
        Sign:
      - Todd's Paralysis
        Symptoms: Unilateral focal deficit after complex focal seizure
        Note: Resolve in 48 hours
      - Simple Partial Focal
        Symptoms: Localized Seizure, No loss of consciousness, no changes in mental status,
