        the NATURAL order of the 4 linguistic skills is:l,s,r,w. by natural we mean that nw language items are normalyy first learned orally, and that one nedd to have listened to or read an utterance before we can reproduce it in speech/writing
        
        this natural order tries to imitate the way the first language is acquired . we now will explain each skill in that order
