If you think you'll be happy when you lose 20 pounds, be happy now. If you believe you'll be more confident and lovable with the body you want, be more confident and lovable now. Whatever benefits you expect to have at the end, generate them in the beginning. Take on that personality, that role, that story. Act as if you are already the person you wish to be."
