- Start Dashboard with existing features - Allow User to take action easily. Find/ assume 3-5 most adopted features and place their CTAs on Dashboard. Example - Create button on top of confluence page, write an article button in Linked In, share status button in fb, etc. We should show these based on some rules. Jobs I am watching/ following - Notifications/ updates related - these were proposed for follow this job and candidate. Bring out insights from these.
Insights for hard to fill jobs. What actions I need to take? Am I meeting goals and targets for filling that job - date wise, candidate number and quality wise? Show this per job (Future if not now).
From Talent community - Insights. Ability to Move qualified candidates who joined recently, to jobs assigned to me. Show on Dashboard as 5 new candidates matching your jobs, move them in one click.
Career Alert subscriptions Updates (candidates who have recently updated career alert - location changes, Designation change, etc. Related insights). Show these.
Actions in the feed based on candidate statuses - Example - 2 candidates in a job assigned to me are rejected. Now what? Send more candidates for Hiring manager review.

Recruiter had a chat with candidate. Save those in multi-channel for everyone to view like CRMs do. Allow to change status of the candidate based on chat or other similar action.
Social insights from candidates I am watching. Highlight if there is a signal which intends that the candidate is looking for job change.
