Hell is where evil doers go temporarily to receive physical and mental suffering before going back to earth.
Believes in the 8 fold path or the middle path to receive spiritual enlightenment. These being the main goals of thew religion to reach enlightenment.

Hell is the place or state that unrepentant sinners will go to immediately after death, and will stay there for eternity.
Some Christians traditions are the celebration of Christmas, baptism right after birth, and the Eucharist. Baptism unites you with God and Eucharist keeps your connection to God.
Heaven is the location of God's throne, as well as where the angels reside. It is considered more of a state or condition of existence rather than an actual place.

No one founder of this religions, believes in reincarnation or coming back to life in a different form, no one stats in heaven or hell, follows the dharma system.
Conclusion
The varying religions in the area might divide the people in the small area. As the area is divided into many religions the people may not always want to cooperate with one another.
The society as a whole will be divided due to the different beliefs from each person. With each person having varying there will be no complete unified community there. That may be united from the outside but internally there will be no unified thought, community or religion.
The education of the may be skewed from one to another as the beliefs are different from one person to another. With the culture of each of these people being different from one another due to their varying beliefs.
