      - Make sure those assisting students/patrons are familiar with the lives of LGBTQIA persons so that students feel comfortable using the library and speaking with reference services
      - Open the library up to outreach, publicizing that the library is a welcoming space for LGBTQIA youth
      - Have a virtual reference space so that people feel comfortable accessing information through a nonpublic format
