What is Material Requirement Planning
Material requirements planning (MRP) is concerned on both
production scheduling and inventory control and it is a
material control system that attempt to keep adequate
inventory level to ensure requirement materials are available
when needed
Objective of MRP
Ensure the availability of materials, components, and
products for planned production and for customer delivery
Maintain the lowest possible level of inventory

and purchasing
