MPC: Req an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy in order to demonstrate the existence of the conspiracy. does not need to be illegal or central to accomplishing the ultimate goal of conspiracy. ex. telephone call or meeting

MPC: a person in conspiracy has demonstrated a firm commitment to criminal activity and pose a great threat of actual social harm

unilateral: actual agreement is not needed as long as D sincerely believes the other genuinely agreeing to commit the crime
MR: actor must have purpose to promote or facilitate the target offense or to aid others in committing attempting or soliciting the action that constitutes the crime

Withdrawal: 1. D has to withdraw voluntarily w/out an influence from police or danger 2. prevents the success of conspiracy
CL: conspiracy was an agreement by 2 or more persons to commit either 1 or more criminal acts or acts that are corrupt, dishonest immoral

bilateral: req an actual agreement between two Ds NOT an undercover agent b/c no genuine agreement was made
MR: specific intent
