Extremely resilient
We have a global network and content delivery network architecture sitting in front of a high-performance application server. The application server is automatically and continuously mirrored to a standby server in another datacenter for automatic failover in the event of a scheduled or unplanned outage. Further, we have a high availability database architecture that provisions and maintains a standby in another availability zone in the event of a scheduled or unplanned outage.
Max 30 sec downtime in event of catastrophic conditions with upstream providers - power outages, network failures, data center anomalies etc.

The #1 goal of BitCozy is to avoid single points of failure and even in the case of a major service outage our customers will only experience about 30 seconds of downtime. This is approaching a six-9 service level. I’m not sure about advertising this, but it’s the goal.
a. At the end of the day, we want our customers to stay online. Period. No excuses.
