How fatigue links to James
James has become less active since starting secondary school so will experience fatigue at a greater level. He will also be doing a five mile fun run which he will experience fatigue in

How this links to James
At primary school James played for teams, this might point to him having an extrovert personality,but might of changed as he no longer does them.
Negative feedback might of stopped him from participating
James might be anxious because of his weigh and lack o fitness which means he might loose motivation which means he might become bored and stop training

To avoid injury precautions should be taken
Warm up and cool down
At the start and end of exercise to warm up muscles and get blood flowing and also getting rid of lactic acid and stop blood pooling at the end
Technique
Using the correct technique is important as not knowing a skill properly and doing it can result in injury such as diving
How this links to James
James tok part in contact sports at primary school and should have been aware of the importance of taking the correct steps to prevent injury.
He would of been taught how to warm up and cool down
