        Each worker is obligated to having rights that ensure they are covered for any workplace injuries. The OHS provides human rights to each worker to ensure their safety.
      - Enviroment
        
        Each worker should be able to work in a safe environment where they are not concerned on their safety. OHS provides a secure and safe workplace where workers can carry out responsibilities without any concerns.

        Machines at the time where very dangerous, some employees where scared to use machines for which it wasnt safe
