Bullwhip effect
The bullwhip effect is a distribution channel phenomenon in which forecasts yield supply chain inefficiencies. It refers to increasing swings in inventory in response to shifts in customer demand as one moves further up the supply chain.
The bullwhip effect is one of key areas managed in applications of administration with
chains of supplies of examinations. It is representing the phenomenon where orders are
trending to deliverers for being more diversified than what is being sold to buyers but
consumer demand is deformed
