- - - - As these students are usually quiet in a large group setting, it would be unfair to grade them on participation.
    - - This will allow these students to figure out and ask any questions they might of had.
    - - Working with others to explore an answer and getting them engaged with close friends.
  - - - Once they can do that they will understand the importance of their future
    - - Gives them the chance to ask those questions to their peers about the importance of the material to their future.
    - - This means that the student will find the value in learning and will hopefully find the passion to learn.
  - - - A student needs to be able to master the content, even if it is past the time that they were given.
    - - It is better that student learns from their mistakes and makes the corrections than not knowing at all.
    - - Students that are many not be comfortable with announcing they are struggling can do so with a peer.
  - - - If you are excited and passionate about learning then slowly but surely the students will as well.
    - - Having a good attitude on life and events that occur is not only important for yourself but students need to learn this as well.
