Working Patterns
Flexible hours
Allow the employees to works at different hours than normal schedule. All will add up to 40 hours a week
Advantage
- Allow worker to choose when they want to work
- There will likely be people staying in the office (if anything goes wrong)
Disadvantage
- Waste of electricity
- less teamwork and comunication
Finger print registration which tells the boss that the worker has came in today and a specific time.
Compressed hours
Definition: A decreased working schedule which allows employees/workers to work for fewer days but more hours per day than regular schedule. However the total hours are still the same.

Disadvantage
Power has to be on for longer periods of time meaning the price of the electricity bill has to be higher.

Excel: Used to stack number of hours needed per day instead of needing to calculate manually. This allows better organization.
Job sharing
Definition: A split working schedule which allows two employees/workers to help each other work on a full time job. This splits the profit between the two.

Email. to contact you partner and inform them on what you were doing or leave notes. This allows the work partner to continue from where you left off so that he knows what to do and isn't confused.
Part time working
Definition: When you working for less than full time jobs through the use of shifts. Normally student work part time to get some pocket money.
Advantage
- consume small amount of time
- working experience gained
Disadvantage
- Less income
- only job likes cleaner and cashier available
Google Calendar. Allows faster and more efficient time managing between different employees when it comes to different shifts. If there are time adjustments it can be changed easier too.
