Compressed hours
Compressed workweeks are alternative work arrangements where a standard workweek is reduced to fewer than five days, and employees make up the full number of hours per-week by working longer hours
Advantages: 1. Possibly more free time on specific days, can have the full day off 2. You can preserve your pay, even with the day off, same amount of pay
Disadvantages: 1. On some days where you will have to work for longer periods, it will be stressful and mentally draining 2. The companies may not have their employees readily available (may not be there when you need them)
Which tech: 1. excel, 2. phones 3.-sharing devices- google drive 4. fingerprint scanner 5. magnetic strip/card swiper 6. Pay pal?
In compressed hours, you can have access to your work in which you may need to catch up on over time by using sharing devices and using recognition such as fingerprint scanners or swipe cards, will allow the workers to go in and out throughout the week, and possibly receive payment through pay pal.
Job sharing
Definition:(two part-time employees) jointly do a full-time job, sharing the remuneration (money)

Part time working
"A part-time contract is a form of employment that carries fewer hours per week than a full-time job. They work in shifts. "

Disadvantages: 1. Employees get paid less and no health insurance usually 2. The workers will usually not be at the same experience of what a full timer would be
Flexible hours
Flexible hours a schedule which allows an employee to work hours that differ from the normal company start and stop time
Advantages:
- It can enable employers avoid redundancies.
- There is a cost saving to employers
- A more diverse workforce is possible
Disadvantages:
- Employers may feel a lack of control
- A lack of contact with colleagues
