- Non classical - newest type - Lymphocyte predominance = good prognosis

- Nodular sclerosing - surrounded by fibrous band
- Mixed celluarity - ie plasma cells, lymphocytes and eosinophils
Clinical presentation
- 20-30 yo (accounts for 60-70%)
- single firm or rubbery node - painless - often cervical but can also be mediastinal
- Systemic symptoms - B symptoms (only 1/3 present with these) ie fever, night sweats, generalised pruirits, pain in affected lymph node on ingestion of alcohol, weight loss
