Can it be managed?
Yes the perspective that it can be managed is built around the notion that although there are a set of norms and expectations, although not written, constitute a major influence on employees, individuals are not shaped by their cultures but influence and shape the culture.
No it exists within the subconscious assumptions that guide peoples behavior. A deep-rooted permanent change to corporate culture would require changing the deeper beliefs and underlying assumptions which is almost impossible to change
